Education: New York University (Doctor of Dental Surgery), Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (General Practice Residency), University of Michigan (Bachelor of Science)

About Dr. Shin: Dr. Shin received his DDS from New York University in NYC and graduated with honors. In order to pursue further advanced training, Dr. Shin attended Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in Bronx, NY.

After practicing dentistry in both east and west coast, Dr. Shin recognized a recurring theme: dentists need to do a better job listening, educating, and empathizing patients' needs. Therefore, he decided to become part of this practice to change that and provide personalized care for his patients.

Dr. Shin had the privilege of working as a faculty of University of Washington School of Dentistry. During his time in New York, he had the opportunity to work for patients with special needs, which is still one of his proudest moments.
